Placing an order with FriedlNet.com is easy. There's no need to create an account first. You will have done that once you've placed your first order. (We also do accept orders by phone, fax, or e-mail.)Finding publications
First you will need to browse or search for the publications relevant to your business. A keyword search box is located in the top navigation bar on every page of our store. Click “Advanced Search” and search inside the publications in order to narrow in on the most relevant publications. You will also find detailed category- and product-specific searches in the left navigation bar on every page of our store. When you find the publication that interests you, click the title or name of the publication to see its publication detail page. Here you will find more information about the publication, including an availability estimate of how long it will take before the publication will be ready to be shipped. Then, explore individual publications by reading their descriptions and tables of contents. Finally, choose the format and delivery option that's best for you and place your order using our secure online shopping cart. Additionally, our shipping estimator estimates the shipping time it will take for the publication to reach you. Adding Publications to Your Shopping Cart
If you want to order a publication from FriedlNet.com, click the "Put in Cart" button on the publication's product detail page. Once you've added an item to your Shopping Cart, use the cart's "Continue Shopping" button to keep searching or browsing until your cart contains all of the publications you want to order. You can access the contents of your Shopping Cart at any time by clicking the View Shopping Cart icon at the top of every page of our Web site.Proceed to Checkout
Take a moment to review all of the publications you've placed in your Shopping Cart. If you decide that you don't want to purchase a particular item, click "Remove" and the "Update Cart" button and the publication will be removed from your cart. Click the "Shipping Estimator" button in order to determine shipping options and prices. The shipping charge is calculated on the basis of shipping method, publication's physical weight and shipping destination (Of course, all digital publications are emailed or downloaded for free.) The shipping charge for your order will be displayed on the order summary page just before you submit your order. We also will estimate shipment and delivery dates in the e-mail we send you to confirm the shipment of your order. When you're ready to place the order, click the "Checkout" button. You will be taken to the first page of the order form (or to the registration page, depending whether you have logged in already).

Indicate that you are a new customer by creating a new account. (If you are a returning customer, you only need your email address and your password in order to sign in. If you have forgotten your password, you can ask for the password to be emailed to your email address.)Enter your personal details, company details (if applicable), shipping address and your contact information. Keep in mind that the e-mail address you provide here will be the only e-mail address to which we can send information about subsequent orders. Choose a password for your account so that when you come back to FriedlNet.com in the future, you can use the same shipping address and method of payment you provided during this first order. You will also be able to use your password to make changes to your order and account information. Make sure you write your password down somewhere so that you remember it the next time you place an order. Finally click the "Continue" button.
Select a Shipping MethodConsider how quickly you would like to receive your order, and choose a shipping method. Basically we ship by air mail or by courier service (overnight shipping). If you would like to take advantage of courier shipping, be sure to select EMS Express Mail Service or one of the other courier shipping methods as your shipping option. Click the "Continue" button.
Billing AddressEnter your billing address, if different from shipping address.
Choose Payment MethodLet us know how you would like to pay for your order. We accept credit card orders (MasterCard, Visa, Visa Delta, Visa Purchasing (HKD only)), (American Express and Diners Club not yet available), payments by telegraphic or wire transfer, check, money order, postal money order (RMB payments only), purchase order or cash. All orders must be prepaid.
After you have chosen your payment option click the "Continue" button.
Review Your OrderCheck the accuracy of all of the information you provided and make any necessary adjustments. When you are ready, click the "Confirm Order" button to submit your order.
Submit Your OrderYou will be taken to the credit card details page. Please choose your payment currency, if you haven't done so already. Click on the credit card symbol. After that enter your credit card details and amend your billing information, if necessary. If you're paying with a credit card, enter the number without spaces or dashes. When you are ready, click the "Confirm Payment" button to submit your order.
Once you place your order, we will send you a confirmation e-mail message. We will send you another e-mail message at the time of shipment. Tracking Your Order
