Return PolicyFor books and recorded products (CD-ROMs, DVDs) purchased directly from FriedlNet.com, we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. The items are not returnable once unwrapped unless damaged in shipment or defective. Books with CDs attached to a cover are also not returnable once the envelope of the CD has been opened. Due to the nature of information products, we unfortunately cannot accept returns of all products not specified under Paragraph 1 once they have been delivered or downloaded from our website, i.e. e-books or any other digital title, mailing lists and labels, company surveys, industry reports, market reports and all customized products.

If you have any queries about a publication's content, simply contact us for assistance.To ensure prompt replacement of or credit for damaged or defective items, please check your product upon arrival and report any problems to our customer service department immediately. You must contact us and obtain return authorization from a customer service representative before sending a return. Unauthorized returns will not be credited. Returns must be made within 30 days of the invoice date. Defective items will be exchanged for the same item only. FriedlNet or our partners will replace the title free of charge.
Returned items must be in their original condition, free of creases, scratches, writing, stickers, or punctures. Corners should not be worn or bent. For your protection, we recommend shipping returns via courier service or insured parcel post. We cannot refund shipping charges unless the return is due to our error. Items should be returned in their original packaging or another corrugated cardboard box. Paper envelopes (including bubble packed) are not acceptable. Books must be carefully packed to prevent additional damage due to shifting in transit. Please include a copy of your invoice in the package. |
